the twin room is brand-new, we also appreciated incredible views. glad to have an electric kettle, air conditioning and an electronic key card.

The staff was excellent providing assistance.

Did not order breakfast - too expensive. Good shower floor anti-skid Window could be opened

Elevators were out of order, 1 day all, the other day one of two.

Mattresses were bad. Air conditioning was very loud and there was no grab bar in the bathtub. Breakfast was mediocre.

Modern and relaxing place for a wedding ceremony, would recommend. Fairly clean hotel, facilities are good, and the location is particularly good and stunning close to "Estrel Congress " center for a conference. Their rooms are always neat and functional with joint beds, couch, a heating...

Our double room #305 overlooking the Spree river was calm with the quiet air-condition. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was not so strong but functioned orderly. Friendly staff. Coffee and tee offered free of charge in the lounge. Many restaurants and groceries around the corner.

Food Berlin is not expensive normally. That's why I find the breakfast for €16 exaggeratedly overpriced. There is no secured parking.

easy access to parks and river views made exploring fun

I loved that the hotel was just a short 7-minute walk from the S-Bahn station, super easy to get to Alexanderplatz in only 20 minutes, and waking up to a lovely view of the river Spree from my window was the cherry on top of my stay.

The staff and facilities in the hotel are great. We have stayed there three times and each time it was a great value for the money. I would highly recommend it to anyone. It is very clean, close to transportation, very nice staff and a great value for the money.Bill Keller

We were at the wedding party in the white lounge.. The location for the party was great.

Very expensive parking (9 € per night). Expensive breakfast. We checked in at 11pm and the night staff was not very competent.

Good transport links, lovely view, cozy restaurant

Attention to detail is sorely lacking!!! Charge for amenities like fridges feels outrageous!!!
